Chappell Roan is giving back to the communities that helped shape her rise with drag, comedy, live music, and volunteer work.
The Grammy-winning singer has announced “The Super Graphic Spectacular,” a two-day fundraising event taking place at Los Angeles’ Shrine Auditorium on October 21 and 22 through her nonprofit, The Midwest Princess Project.
The event, which comes amid a relatively quiet year for the artist, will support trans youth and LGBTQ+ communities.
Roan is set to headline both nights, with organizers promising live performances, guest appearances, drag artistry, comedy, and other surprises.
More than a concert
According to organizers, the fundraiser is designed as an immersive experience that will bring together artists, fans, drag performers, comedians, advocates, and community organizations under one roof.
The event will also offer volunteer opportunities benefiting trans youth and LGBTQ+ communities, expanding beyond the traditional concert format.
Roan described it as an event filled with “drag, dance, guests, surprises, and funnnn,” while confirming that she will perform during both nights.

The Midwest Princess Project
The fundraiser also marks the first full year of Roan’s nonprofit initiative.
Founded to support trans youth and LGBTQ+ communities, The Midwest Princess Project has raised more than $800,000 through donations and proceeds from Roan’s “Visions of Damsels & Other Dangerous Things” performances and related events.
Organizers say every dollar raised through The Super Graphic Spectacular will go toward the organization’s ongoing programs, which focus on providing care, connection, and access to resources.
Pop stars and activism
While benefit concerts are nothing new, an increasing number of artists are building long-term charitable initiatives alongside their music careers.
For Roan, advocacy has become closely tied to her public image. The singer has frequently spoken in support of LGBTQ+ communities and previously used major platforms, including awards-show appearances, to discuss issues affecting marginalized groups.
The fundraiser continues that approach, transforming one of pop music’s fastest-rising brands into a vehicle for community support.
