South Korea’s “vampires” are back with their eighth mini album that reveals a darker, more emotionally charged chapter in their lore.
K-pop boy group ENHYPEN expounds on their vampire-inspired universe on Friday with the release of “THE SIN : BLISS”, a six-track extended play that showcases their venture to Brazilian funk but with an enigmatic twist.
Their return to the music scene comes seven months after “THE SIN : VANISH”, which opened the narrative of lovers whose mutual desire pushes them to escape the constraints of a forbidden taboo.

Forbidden love finds bliss
Now flipping to a blissful page, the story shows how the lovers slowly accept the beauty of their togetherness despite heading towards the unknown.
The latest album features its signature format of narrations and interludes integrated between music tracks.
It comprises of “Two Fools”, “Stuck”, “Bad For You”, the title track “Bloody Paradise”, “Checkmate” and “Highlight”, each song providing a piece to the story of a rebellious but fated love.
The comeback’s sinister imagery and theatrical concept naturally align with ENHYPEN’s long-running themes centred on desire, temptation and forbidden romance.
Moreover, the album framed “bliss” as a complicated emotion where one is reminded that some happiness comes with a price.
A new era begins
“THE SIN : BLISS” also marks a metamorphic milestone for ENHYPEN as a six-member group, following Heeseung’s departure in March.
BELIFT LAB, the band’s agency, assured fans that the group would continue with Jungwon, Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, Sunoo and Ni-ki.
Beyond its fictional lore, the eighth EP signifies a new phase for the members as they continue developing ENHYPEN’s identity and musical path.
“THE SIN : BLISS” seeks to prove that this is not just revisiting ENHYPEN’s trademark concept but demonstrating their growth in both the real and supernatural universe through cinematic storytelling and dark pop aesthetics.
The returning vampires are now stepping into an unfamiliar territory where the consequences of choosing a forbidden paradise are worth the risk.
