Who are the Mandalorian and Grogu?
The Mandalorian, or Din Djarin, is a masked, seldom-spoken bounty hunter dedicated to the way of the Mandalorian creed.
He was first introduced in The Mandalorian (2022), where the otherwise cold assassin stumbled across a mysterious child on one of his missions.
Grogu, who was known as The Child onscreen and Baby Yoda offscreen, was seemingly innocent and vulnerable, until his mysterious telkinetic powers were revealed
When Djarin discovered that Grogu’s fate was to be exploited by the empire, he veered from his cold path and started a new journey battling against the universe’s Imperial forces.

What is their film about?

Pascal is joined by The Bear star Jeremy Allen White, who provides the voice for Rotta the Hutt, the titular duo’s rescue target.
Sigourney Weaver also features as Ward, a New Republic leader and former rebel pilot.
Jon Favreau has returned to direct the film, after creating the hit series in 2022.
The Mandalorian and Grogu is releasing in theatres on May 21.
