Fans of iconic band The Beatles will witness the first ever fan experience in London in 2027 on the site of the Apple Corps headquarters.
Fans will get the opportunity to head inside The Beatles’ headquarters in 3 Savile Row for the first time ever, as the site where they recorded ‘Let it Be’ – and played their final rooftop gig in 1969 – will open its doors for the first time in 2027.
Audiences will experience seven floors of never-seen-before material from Apple Corps’ extensive archives, rotating exhibitions, fans store, and the recreation of the original studio where ‘Let it Be’ was recorded.
They will also get the chance to relive the iconic rooftop concert on exactly the spot it happened.

The Beatles at 3 Savile Row
3 Savile Row in Mayfair, London, was one of Apple Corps’ earliest headquarters, the studio where ‘Let it Be’ was recorded and the setting for The Beatles’ final public performance, the era-defining rooftop concert of January 30, 1969.
Since its establishment in 1968, Apple Corps has overseen The Beatles’ creative and business interests, and the announcement completes a full circle moment as the band returns to its most famous early headquarters.
Jampacked next few years for Beatles fans
Speaking of the opening of 3 Savile Row, Apple Corps’ CEO Tom Greene said in a statement: “We’re thrilled to bring Apple Corps back to its spiritual home and give The Beatles fans something truly special.
“Every single day, fans are taking pictures of the outside of 3 Savile Row – but next year they can go in and explore all seven floors of the iconic building, including the rooftop where even the railings remain the same from that famous day in 1969.”
Paul McCartney commented: “It was such a trip to get back to 3 Savile Row recently and have a look around.
“There are so many special memories within the walls, not to mention the rooftop.
“The team [has] put together some really impressive plans and I’m excited for people to see it when it’s ready.”
Ringo Starr commented: “Wow, it’s like coming home.”
The announcement follows a busy next few years for fans of the band as Paul McCartney is set to release his latest album “The Boys of Dungeon Lane” on May 29, while 2028 is set for the release of Sam Mendes’ four individual films about the band.
Further details of The Beatles at 3 Savile Row – including details of a second experience currently in development – will be announced in due course.
