Hollywood A-listers and members of the British royal family could be seen in the stands for the final two days of the 2025 Wimbledon Championships on Saturday and Sunday.

On Saturday, Poland’s Iga Świątek beat American Amanda Anisimova to win the Women’s Singles crown.

Italian Jannik Sinner then crushed Spaniard Carlos Alcaraz’s hopes on Sunday to conquer the Gentlemen’s Singles title.

Hollywood shows its love for tennis

During the men’s final, Oscar winners Nicole Kidman and Matthew McConaughey could be seen in the crowd.

Both were wearing white suits, following Wimbledon’s longstanding dress-code tradition for players and spectators alike.

Irish actors Andrew Scott and Paul Mescal also attended the men’s showpiece.

The pair, who starred together in the 2023 film All of Us Strangers, were seen cracking a smile as they watched the match.

Sitting just next to them were English actress Keira Knightley and her husband, musician James Righton.

Knightley’s Pirates of the Caribbean co-star Orlando Bloom was likewise present – and alone, as fresh reports of his split from singer Katy Perry seemed to prove true.

In addition, English actresses Jodie Comer and Daisy Edgar-Jones plus supermodel Naomi Campbell were spotted enjoying the match from the audience.

Familiar faces all around at SW19

Earlier in the week, many other familiar faces graced the stands above the tennis courts.

Notably, Actor Andrew Garfield and his girlfriend, A Complete Unknown actress Monica Barbaro, made an appearance at Centre Court.

The two made their official debut as a couple just recently and looked very dapper and chic in their all-white outfits.

Spider-Man star Tom Holland showed up too, as did Benedict Cumberbatch and American actor Glen Powell.

Singer Olivia Rodrigo, fresh off Glastonbury success, where she headlined the Pyramid Stage just a few weeks ago, was spotted in the crowd in the company of her English boyfriend, Enola Holmes actor Louis Partridge.

Elsewhere, Hollywood legends Leonardo DiCaprio, Russell Crowe, and Cate Blanchett all made an appearance at some point during the famous tournament.

Footage of British actor Hugh Grant went viral on social media earlier in the week after he fell asleep amid the men’s singles quarter-final tennis match between Serbia’s Novak Djokovic and Italy’s Flavio Cobolli.

BBC Sport’s official X account made light of the moment, writing, “It’s all got a bit too much for Hugh Grant.”

Kate takes place in Royal Box

It wouldn’t be Wimbledon, of course, without the appearance of the British royal family.

Catherine, Princess of Wales, looked incredibly elegant as she attended both the men’s and women’s finals on Saturday and Sunday.

Kate is the patron of the All England Lawn Tennis & Croquet Club, and she handed out the trophies to Świątek and Sinner after the final matches.

She was accompanied by William, Prince of Wales, and their two eldest children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte.

George, for his part, looked rather disappointed as he watched Sinner defeat Alcaraz, with cameras catching him frowning towards the court.
