WWE news: Brock Lesnar exacts revenge against rising star Oba Femi

Brock Lesnar defeats Oba Femi

Brock Lesnar and Oba Femi’s slugfest caused shockwaves around the Inalpi Arena in Turin, as “The Beast Incarnate” avenged his “WrestleMania” loss during “Clash in Italy.”

After his loss to Femi in “WrestleMania” last April, Lesnar made the shocking gesture of removing his gloves and boots, a move which signifies retirement in the industry.

He was also moved to the WWE website’s alumni section at the time, which confirmed that he was out of the company.

However, Lesnar made a shock return two weeks ago and attacked Femi, challenging him to a match at “Clash in Italy.”

Lesnar is out for blood

As Femi was introduced to the crowd, a rabid Lesnar blindsided his unprepared opponent and looked for a quick victory, hitting “The Ruler” with four “F5s.”

The commentators were appalled by the display, as they recalled that Lesnar promised to humble and humiliate his 28-year-old foe.

“This is becoming a beatdown of biblical proportions,” commentator Corey Graves stated.

However, despite the freakish display of power, Femi managed to kick out at two, leaving Lesnar in disbelief.

Paul Heyman, Lesnar’s manager and mouthpiece, barked commands to his client calling for Lesnar to apply the “Kimura Lock” on Femi.

But the Nigerian heavyweight stood up and slammed Lesnar in the middle of the ring, forcing “The Beast Incarnate” to let go of the hold.

Despite the escape, the damage was done to Femi’s arm, as the Nigerian tried and failed to hit a “Chokeslam” to Lesnar.

Lesnar then hit the fifth “F5” to Femi, although it was not enough to put “The Ruler” down.

Frustrated Lesnar finishes the job

Lesnar, who looked visibly frustrated with his opponent’s persistence, tried to go for the sixth “F5” but Femi countered with a one-armed “Chokeslam.”

The carnage extended outside the ring, as Femi prepared to “Chokeslam” his opponent on the announce table.

Lesnar managed to get out of harm’s way and swiftly countered with another “F5” on the table.

“The Beast Incarnate” then went back to the ring as he banked on a count-out victory, but Femi stood up like nothing happened and returned to the ring to break the count.

Femi gained momentum and hit Lesnar with multiple running uppercuts, and tossed his 130-kilogramme opponent across the ring.

The Nigerian tried to end the match with a “Fall From Grace,” but Lesnar once again manoeuvred out and hit the seventh “F5” to win the bout, avenging his “WrestleMania” loss.
