Global pop superstar Justin Bieber made a highly-emotional return to the stage at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival 2026, delivering a nostalgia-driven show that left fans reflecting on his musical journey and cultural impact.

The highly-anticipated set marked Bieber’s first major live performance in four years, following a hiatus after the cancellation of his 2022 tour due to health concerns. 

His presence drew massive attention, with audiences eager to witness it. 

The performance has since been widely described as a “nostalgic journey”. reconnecting longtime fans – known as Beliebers – with the singer’s early roots. 

Setlist mixes old and new

The setlist featured a dynamic blend of new material and classic hits. 

He performed newer tracks such as “All I Can Take”, “First Place”, and “Butterflies”, alongside fan-favorite anthems including “Stay”, “Sorry”, and “Where Are U Now”.

A standout moment also came when Bieber leaned into nostalgia, revisiting his early-career hits like “Baby”, “Favorite Girl”, “That Should Be Me”, “Never Say Never”, and “Beauty and a Beat”. 

These performances, paired with visuals and throwback clips, created an emotional atmosphere that prompted fans to reflect on their shared journey with the artist. 

On a TikTok clip posted on Coachella’s official page featuring Bieber singing, the video has gained 3,5 million likes as of this writing, along with 14,000 comments.

“The sparkle in his eyes has returned. Welcome back, Justin!” one fan said.

“His smile is everything we’ve missed. Thanks, Justin and Coachella, for bringing him back,” another commented.
