AJ Lee has made her first appearance of 2026, staking a claim on Becky Lynch’s Women’s Intercontinental Championship in the “Elimination Chamber” event on February 28.
Lee made the call during a confrontation with Lynch in the latest episode of “Raw”.
The show was opened by a few backstage shots, one of which showed Lynch being disgruntled as Lee was seen arriving in the arena.
The visibly livid Lynch then came out and vented her frustration, as the two women have been feuding since the last half of 2025.
Lynch wants to get rid of Lee
Before Lynch could mutter another sentence, the smiling Lee then did her signature entrance, skipping her way to the ring.
“I get it, I get your whole thing that you do. You act like you are so cute… It’s not cute, okay? You know what you are?
“You are like a little chihuahua, you keep barking, and you’re barking in my ear… you’re ruining my life,” Lynch told Lee.
The challenger then reminded the champion of her tag-team loss in “Wrestlepalooza”, and how Lee won “WarGames” for her team by tapping out Lynch.
The manic Lynch then begged her rival to leave her alone.
“What’s it going to take to get rid of you? I know, there’s ‘Elimination Chamber’, and it’s in your hometown! It’s in Chicago. Is that what you want?”

Lee eyes championship gold
Lee was elated by the proposal, noting that she has not had a singles match in over a decade.
However, Lynch denied that the Women’s Intercontinental Championship is on the line.
“You have done nothing to deserve a shot at this [championship], you’re not even an active member of the ‘Raw’ roster,” Lynch said.
But Lee said that if the title is not on the line, there would be no match.
A desperate Lynch then reluctantly agreed, but she issued a warning, stating: “You listen to me. If you think you were held down by ‘The Man’ before you left, you have no idea what you’re in for. Welcome to the big time.”
Later in the night, during a singles match between Maxxine Dupri and Nattie, Lee came to the rescue of her friend who was being assaulted.
As Lee was helping Dupri backstage, Lynch came out of nowhere to blindside her “Elimination Chamber” opponent.
Lynch slammed Lee’s face on the ring post, as the two are set to lock horns in two weeks.
