Jey Uso and Oba Femi are set to battle in the finals of the “King of the Ring” tournament, which will be held at “Night of Champions” on Saturday at the Kingdom Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The winner of the tournament will have a shot at a world championship belt of their choice at “SummerSlam.”
Femi, who beat Dominik Mysterio in the semi-finals, opened the latest episode of “Raw” with a promise of winning the tournament.
“Destiny is still on my side; she is still kind to me. So, this weekend at ‘Night of Champions,’ destiny will take me to new heights as I become your new ‘King of the Ring,’” Femi proclaimed as the thunderous crowd of The O2 Arena in London all chanted his name.
He then noted that he needs to choose whether he goes after Cody Rhodes and his Undisputed WWE Championship or Roman Reigns and his World Heavyweight Championship.
The raucous crowd all cheered when Femi mentioned Reigns, clearly excited with the possibility of a match-up between “The OTC” and “The Ruler.”
Uso makes a promise
However, before Femi could continue, Uso came out and interrupted his opponent.
Uso beat young high-flyer Je’Von Evans in the semi-finals in “SmackDown,” as he previously stated that he would go after Rhodes if he were victorious in the tournament.
Uso, who is allied with Reigns, stated that he will shock the world amid doubts that he could beat Femi.
“They (are) counting me out right now ’cause they don’t think I could beat you… Imma silence the haters, Imma shock the world, uce. That’s what I do. And on Saturday, Oba, Imma climb this mountain, uce. And Imma wear that crown for the king that I am, uce,” a tense Uso said, further stating that he will beat Rhodes at “SummerSlam.”

Femi snaps back
Femi then put out a warning of his own, stating that if Uso makes his shot, he should make sure that he does not miss.
“If you do (miss), I will destroy you. And if you don’t, I’ll still destroy you,” the 28-year-old Nigerian powerhouse promised.
He then stated that Uso is not “the family member I am really worried about,” pertaining to Uso’s cousin, Reins, alluding that he will go after “The OTC” and his World Heavyweight Championship if he is victorious.
