Jacob Fatu acknowledged World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns in the opening segment of last week’s “Raw,” fulfilling the stipulation of “Tribal Combat.”
“Tribal Combat” is a no-disqualification and no count-out match unique to the Anoaʻi wrestling dynasty, which Reigns and Fatu are a part of.
The winner of the match will be the head of the legendary family as part of the stipulation, which means Fatu has to acknowledge Reigns’ leadership as “head of the table.”
Reigns domesticates ‘The Samoan Werewolf’
Reigns, flanked by The Usos, opened the show and stated that he is eager for the day’s ceremony.
The atmosphere was tense when Fatu entered the ring, as the two brutalised each other the night before.
“Let’s not drag this thing out, Jacob. You know what time it is,” Reigns said.
An emotional Fatu snatched a microphone from Jey Uso’s hand and mentioned that he had been taking losses his whole life.
“Speaking of a loss, last night, ‘Clash in Italy,’ in front of the whole world including my children, my children saw their father being a man, taking a loss, and keeping his word.”
“And last night, I lost to my ‘Tribal Chief’… Roman, I acknowledge you,” Fatu said as he bowed before Reigns.
Fatu is now aligned with the Bloodline, with Jimmy Uso stating that “The Samoan Werewolf” joining the faction serves as a “warning shot” to the locker room.

Tension among the Bloodline during Rollins confrontation
One week later during the latest episode of “Raw,” the Usos and Fatu confronted Seth Rollins, who earlier in the night announced his entry in the “King of the Ring” tournament where the victor will have a shot at a world title match in “SummerSlam.”
Rollins stated that he will go after Reigns if he wins the tournament, adding: “A man that I used to call brother, a man who can’t seem to win his titles on his own.”
“A man who can’t seem to beat Seth Rollins when it matters most… Roman I want you to listen very closely to me, you are holding on to a title that doesn’t belong to you.
“That World Heavyweight Championship is a title that I made.”
Jey Uso also announced that he will join the tournament, as he warned Rollins of speaking ill of the Bloodline.
Uso called on Fatu to attack Rollins as the confrontation got tense, but the new member of the faction shrugged off the command and left.
The twins demanded answers from Fatu, who stated that he only acknowledged Reigns and not the Usos.
