The world premiere

The excitement for ‘Toy Story 5’ peaked on Tuesday, June 9, at its official world premiere in Los Angeles. 

Hosted by Disney and Pixar, the event brought together celebrities, cast members, and reporters to celebrate the return of the famous franchise. 

As stars walked the red carpet, fans gathered to see the cast, and a flood of social media posts quickly made the premiere the biggest entertainment story of the week.

Taylor Swift was among the stars who joined Tom Hanks on the red carpet.

While Taylor graced the red carpet for the audience, she also performed her single ‘I Knew It, I Knew You’ as part of the soundtrack in the movie.

She received a big round of applause from the crowd and commented: “It means the world to me to be a small part of the universe of these films.”

Taylor also performed ‘You’ve Got a Friend in Me’ duet on the stage with Randy Newman.
