Brock Lesnar is out for revenge after he returned on the recent episode of “Raw” to launch a surprise attack on Oba Femi.
His action marks a return to the WWE as he signalled his retirement after being brutally and swiftly beaten by Femi during night two of “WrestleMania 42” last month.
The villainous Lesnar made the shocking gesture of removing his gloves and boots after losing to his much younger opponent, a move which signifies retirement in the industry.
Lesnar was also moved to the WWE website’s alumni section last week, which confirmed that he was out of the company.
The “Oba Femi Open Challenge”
After conquering “The Beast Incarnate” on “WrestleMania 42”, “The Ruler” started the “Oba Femi Challenge”, calling out anyone brave enough to test their strength against the rising star.
“So, to any man back there who wants to prove himself, step up. If you want to see how you fare at the top of the mountain, step up. But I will not take too kindly to your decision,” Femi said as he called out to the locker room.
“Because when you come down here, I’ll be merciless, unforgiving and relentless… Because you’re not stepping in with just any man, you are stepping in with ‘The Ruler’, Oba Femi.”
Femi first faced Grayson Waller, who he dispatched in just one minute.
The week after, however, no one dared to answer the challenge.
“Listen, we’re all excited for the open challenge, believe me. That said, nobody back there was willing to answer the challenge. Therefore, it’s my duty to inform you that the ‘Oba Femi Open Challenge’ is cancelled for tonight,” stated “Raw” General Manager Adam Pearce.
But an enraged Femi marched down backstage and forced the tag team Los Garza into his open challenge.
Femi physically picked up Humberto Carrillo and dragged Angel Garza to the ring.
The 28-year-old Nigerian forced the referee to start the match and dominated the tag team who was not even in wrestling gear.

The attack happened during Femi’s entrance, as Lesnar appeared behind him and hit his younger opponent with four “F5s”.
Lesnar’s mouthpiece, Paul Heyman, told a confused Pearce backstage that Lesnar is indeed retired.
However, Heyman handed the general manager a contract for Femi to sign.
The contract is for a rematch in the upcoming “Clash in Italy”, an event which will be held on May 31.
