“Big” Bronson Reed made a shock return to the World Wrestling Entertainment, aiding Seth Rollins and Bron Breakker during their tag match against Sami Zayn and CM Punk at “Saturday Night’s Main Event”.

Reed made his presence known during the final stage of the bout, tackling Punk through the ring-side barricade out of nowhere.

Breakker gave a “Spear” to a distracted Zayn to notch the win for the newly-formed band of villains.

Rollins hugged Reed following the match, as the two were at each other’s throats last year.

Reed was out of action for almost six months after suffering an injury in last November’s “Survivor Series: WarGames”, where the 150-kilogramme big man leapt off the top of the WarGames cage.

New beginnings

On this week’s edition of “Monday Night Raw”, Rollins and his group came out to cheers from the crowd, as their manager, Paul Heyman, hailed their newest addition as being a “violent man in a PG era and he’s going to put everyone down in front of him.”

Heyman also recalled the previous feud of Rollins and Reed, calling back to the Australian’s previous brutal attacks on “The Visionary”.

“Get down on your hands and your knees, and thank the heavens above for the altruism of this man to my right (Rollins).”

“The sacrifice that Seth Rollins is willing to make for each and every single one of you so that the trajectory of this industry going into the future is bigger than ever before,” Heyman exclaimed.

Critic gives praise

Wrestling journalist and critic Dave Meltzer hailed Reed’s addition to the group, stating that he adds “dimension” to the faction.

“Also, the other thing with Bronson being there is that you know when they have the matches where they have to lose, and they probably won’t be doing much losing early on, when you have those matches, you don’t have to beat Bron Breakker, who is, you know, is obviously one who they have as a WrestleMania main-eventer,” Meltzer noted during an episode of the Wrestling Observer Radio.
