WWE news: Comedian Eric André feels the wrath of Jacob Fatu

Eric André felt the brunt of a rabid Samoan attack, as Jacob Fatu brutalised the comedian in this week’s episode of “Raw.”

The attack occurred during the opening segment of the episode, as The Bloodline (World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns, The Usos, Fatu) opened the show.

The group is now once again united as The Usos rejoined Reigns when he won the World Heavyweight Championship, and Fatu joined the faction after a brutal feud with “The OTC.”

Reigns fist-bumped André, who was in the front row as the group was making their entrance.

Reigns and André are set to star in the upcoming “Street Fighter” movie, showing in October this year.

Fatu reiterates loyalty to Reigns

Reigns stated that there are a lot of things to be grateful for, highlighting Jey Uso’s victory in the opening round of the “King of the Ring” tournament, where the victor will have a shot at a world title match in “SummerSlam”.

Reigns also acknowledged Jimmy Uso, stating that without the eldest of the twins, there would be no Bloodline.

However, Jey Uso put the spotlight on a quiet Fatu, stating that the new member needs to “acknowledge us (Usos)”.

Last week, tensions flared between the two when the “Samoan Werewolf” ignored Jey Uso, who was ordering him to attack Seth Rollins, as Fatu stated that he only takes orders from Reigns.

“It sounds like we have a problem. You don’t want to listen to the twins? You don’t want to acknowledge them?” Reigns asked as the situation became tense.

Fatu grabbed the microphone from Reigns’ hands and reaffirmed that he will not listen to The Usos.

“The only person I will acknowledge is my ‘OTC’ Roman Reigns,” he added.

Fatu attacks André

Reigns welcomed Fatu’s loyalty, as he gifted the “Samoan Werewolf” a brown Ula Fala, a traditional Samoan necklace.

Reigns is also known to wear a red Ula Fala before his matches, symbolising his authority over The Bloodline and the Anoaʻi wrestling dynasty.

The World Heavyweight champion placed the sacred necklace around his cousin’s neck, as Reigns welcomed Fatu to the “family business”.

As the group was taking their exit, Reigns once again greeted his co-star, but André made the mistake of touching Fatu’s Ula Fala.

Fatu manhandled the comedian and threw him on the ramp.

He then tossed André to the ring and unleashed a flurry of headbutts to the celebrity.

Producers and backstage staff rushed to the scene, as Fatu was readying for a “Frog Splash”.

Reigns warned Fatu to stop, but suddenly shifted his attitude and ordered the rabid Samoan to hit a “Frog Splash” to André.

The attack did not stop there, as Reigns ordered another “Frog Splash,” destroying a helpless André.
