Imagine receiving a package containing an iPod and earphones with one unreleased song in 2026?

That’s just the way things go for Filipina-British singer-songwriter Beabadoobee, as she announced snippets of her new song “Sun Has Set” on Monday.

The song is anticipated to be the lead single of her upcoming fourth album, which is currently in the works.

Beabadoobe on Instagram shared videos of her fans opening their mail containing iPods and earphones, with one unreleased song.

#RockBea for ‘Sun Has Set’

The snippet audio contains a short verse of the song and its instrumentals scream rock, as the loud electric guitar is blazing in the background.

Fans are elated with the teaser, noting that it has an amplified rock energy of her previous album “Fake it Flowers”, with her signature y2k rock, along with the head-banging-alone-in-your-room vibe.

Meanwhile, the nostalgia is strong with the iPods, as she left a message at the end of the song’s guitar solo for her fans and expressed her gratitude.

“Hey, what’s up? It’s Bea. I finally have some new music to share and I wanted you to hear it first. Thank you so much for being a fan and supporting the music,” said the artist in the audio.

The artist also noted a playful message, saying: “This is ‘Sun Has Set.’ I hope you love it. I hope you dance around your room really angrily, and you think about the person you hate the f****** most! Love ya!”
